1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided

This platform provides a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payments

Sellers agree to pay the site's commission fee (currently 20% of the gross sale price) upon successful completion of a transaction. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

5. Limitation of Liability

The site and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
